Registration and cancellation information

Registration fee

Participation is free of charge for all presenters (both paper and poster authors) and for maximum one more participant per organisation, but submitting the registration form is a mandatory prerequisite of participation.

Accommodation is provided for the participants in twin rooms for sustainability and budgetary reasons. In case of requesting single room accommodation a fee of EUR 30/person/night apply.

More participants per organisation are welcome, but for budgetary reasons cost-based registration fees apply to them. In case of a request for exception, decision will be made on a case by case basis about providing more free-of-charge places.

Registration fees for additional participants:

  • EUR 20/day per person without accommodation (incl. lunch and coffee breaks), or
  • EUR 70/day per person with accommodation in twin rooms (incl. lunch and coffee breaks), and
  • EUR 20/person is the cost of the social dinner on the 19th April.

Payment and invoice

Cost-based participation fees and the single-room charge should be paid upon arrival, and will be invoiced by the hotel to the billing address of the participant provided on the Registration form.

Cancellation policy

Sending the Registration form is considered as a booking, which will be confirmed by e-mail.

For participants whose registration include any fees, free of charge cancellation is possible until 31 March 2016. In case of cancelling at a later date or no show the hotel will have the right to issue an invoice and claim the due costs.
